- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cranberry sauce, pineapple and orange juice. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray., Cover and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Unmold onto a serving platter. If desired, garnish with sugared cranberries.

OLD-FASHIONED CRANBERRY SALAD
Steps:
- In a large bowl, add gelatin and water and whisk until dissolved.
- Add cranberry sauce and whisk to mix well.
- Stir in pineapple.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Stir in pecans.
- If desired you can grease a jello mold or bundt pan and pour mixture in that or transfer to serving bowl.
- Refrigerate for 6-7 hours until is jello is set,

- In a large measuring cup, mix the 2 (6 oz) packages of raspberry Jell-O powder with 2 cups of boiling water using a whisk. Then add 2 cups of cold water and whisk until everything is dissolved.
- In a large bowl, combine the 2 (14 oz) cans of whole berry cranberry sauce, 2 (20 oz) cans of crushed pineapple (juice included), and 1 cup of toasted chopped walnuts. Then pour in the jello and stir until well mixed in.
- Pour the cranberry jello into either a large pan with raised edges or individual cups. Refrigerate overnight until it sets.

- Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water in a bowl; stir in cold water. Chill in refrigerator until partially thickened, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Chop cranberries in a food processor and mix sugar into cranberries, pulsing once or twice to combine. Let cranberry mixture stand a few minutes to let sugar dissolve. Stir cranberry mixture, pineapple, celery, and walnuts into gelatin. Pour into a gelatin mold or serving dish. Refrigerate until fully set, about 4 hours.

I loved this recipe! I made it last year for Christmas. It is now one of those recipes I will make every Thanksgiving,Christmas and any other occasion as long as I can get fresh cranberries.

Steps:
- 1. Chop cranberries in food processor until fine
- 2. Mix cranberries with sugar and let stand until sugar dissolves.
- 3. Add 2 cups of boiling water into jello, and stir until the jello dissolves.
- 4. Then add the 1 cup of cold water to the jello mixture.
- 5. Let stand until cooled
- 6. Drain pineapple and reserve the juice.
- 7. Add the pineapple, cranberries, and walnuts, and stir well.
- 8. Pour into 9x13 dish.
- 9. Chill to set.
- 10. With a mixer, blend enough reserved pineapple juice into the cream cheese, until it becomes the consistency of whipped cream.
- 11. Spread over the top of the chilled gelatin.
- 12. Keep cold.

- Spray a 9 inch square pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the raspberry gelatin in a medium size bowl. Add in 1 cup of boil water and whisk constantly for 2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Then stir in 1/2 cup of cold water.
- Then stir in the crushed pineapple with the juice and the cranberry sauce.
- Then pour the mixture into the 9 inch pan, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it until it's firm.
