Cream Cheese Raspberry Cake Recipe

  1. pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  2. sugar
  3. cream cheese
  4. orange zest
  5. vanilla
  6. egg
  7. fresh raspberry
  8. powdered sugar
  9. butter
  10. orange juice


  1. preheat oven to 350f
  2. spray large cookie sheet or 14" pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray
  3. unroll both cans of dough
  4. separate into 16 triangles
  5. reserving 4 triangles for topping
  6. on sprayed cookie sheet , arrange 12 triangles , in a cricle with points toward center , leaving a 3" hole in center
  7. press dough to form 14" ring
  8. press seams together to seal
  9. fold outer and center edges up to 1 / 4"
  10. in medium sized bowl , combine all filling ingredients except raspberries
  11. mix well
  12. gently stir or fold in raspberries
  13. spoon filling over dough
  14. with scissors or pizza dough cutter , cut each reserved triangle lengthwise into thirds
  15. place 1 teaspoon sugar on work surface
  16. press each dough strip into sugar
  17. arrange sugared strips , sugar side up , evenly spoked-fashion over filling
  18. press ends to seal at center and outer edges
  19. bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
  20. cool 10 minutes
  21. in a small bowl , combine ingredients for glaze
  22. stir until smooth
  23. drizzle over coffee cake
  24. serve warm
