Cream Of Cheddar Soup Chicken Recipes

CHEESY CHICKEN

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread soup over chicken, sprinkle cheese over soup and top with croutons.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.

CHICKEN CHEDDAR STUFFING CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare stuffing mixes according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine soup and milk. Spread stuffing into two greased 8-in. square baking dishes. Layer with chicken, corn, mushrooms, soup mixture and cheese. , Cover and bake until cheese is melted, 30-35 minutes. , Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casseroles for up to 3 months. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before baking (do not thaw). Preheat oven to 350°. Bake, covered, 1-1/2 hours. Uncover; bake until heated through, 10-15 minutes longer.

CREAM OF BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP

Steps:

• Heat oil in soup pot and add onion. Cook until translucent.
• Add broccoli and chicken broth and cook until tender.
• Add mashed potatoes & mix thoroughly. Heat for 5 minute.
• Add milk and heat some more.
• Add cheddar cheese.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Note: I like to add cream cheese, sour cream, and onion salt to my mashed potatoes. This makes them so yummy!

Steps:

• Rinse chicken, and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in slow cooker.
• In a medium bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and cream of Cheddar cheese soup.
• Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in sour cream just before serving.

CREAMY CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP

Steps:

• In a 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter or margarine. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook until flour has blended with onion mixture.
• Add chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened. Add milk and heat just to boiling, stirring constantly.
• In covered blender at medium speed, blend about 1/4 of soup mixture at a time until smooth. Return to saucepan and, over medium heat, heat just to boiling. Remove from heat.
• With wire whisk or slotted spoon, stir in cheese until melted. If cheese does not melt completely, cook over very low heat about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Steps:

• In a saucepan, saute carrot and onion in butter until tender. Stir in the soup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted.

• In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter. Add the broth, carrots and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add the chicken, parsley, salt and pepper; heat through., Combine flour and milk until smooth; add to the vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. Add cream cheese; cook and stir until melted.

Steps:

• Combine the first 7 ingredients in a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until potatoes are tender., Stir in cheese and cream. Cover and cook 30 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Garnish servings with toppings of your choice.

CHEDDAR CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°.
• Pour cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup into a 3-quart casserole dish.
• Stir in the chicken broth a little bit at a time until completely blended.
• Add rice, onion powder and chicken; stir well.
• Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
• Sprinkle with cheese and cook 5 minutes more.

CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP ENCHILADAS RECIPE

Steps:

• Heatr oven to 350°F.
• Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
• In medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream and green chiles, chicken and 1 cup of the cheese.
• Place 1/4 cup mixture in center of each tortilla and roll, placing them in baking dish seam side down.
• Spoon remaining mixture onto top of the tortillas and cover pan with foil.
• Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
• Remove from oven and top with the reserved cup of cheese.
• Bake 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted.
