  1. bring chicken broth to a boil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. add celery
  3. saut 5 minutes or until tender
  4. add cream cheese stirring until cheese melts
  5. add milk and blue cheese , stirring until well blended
  6. sprinkle with slivered almonds
  7. serve immediately
