Creamy Crunchy Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe

  1. cream of chicken soup
  2. cream of mushroom soup
  3. enchilada sauce
  4. garlic salt
  5. cumin
  6. red wine vinegar
  7. chicken breasts
  8. onion
  9. green chilies
  10. doritos
  11. monterey jack cheese


  1. preheat oven to 350f
  2. combine soups , enchilada sauce , garlic salt , cumin , and vinegar
  3. stir well and set aside
  4. crush chips and put 2 cups of crushed chips in the bottom of a greased casserole dish
  5. top with chicken strips , onion , green chiles , sauce , remainder of chips , and cheese
  6. bake for 30 - 35 minutes , until cheese is beginning to brown
  7. serve with guacamole , sour cream , salsa , cilantro , whatever you like
