Ingredients:

  1. cauliflower florets
  2. marinated artichoke hearts
  3. mayonnaise
  4. sour cream
  5. parmesan cheese
  6. cherry tomatoes

Steps:

  1. cook cauliflower in boiling water until crisp tender , about 4-5 minutes
  2. cool
  3. drain artichokes , reserving 2 tablespoons of the marinade
  4. cut artichokes into bite size pieces
  5. in a large bowl , combine reserved artichoke marinade , mayonnaise and sour cream
  6. mix well
  7. blend in parmesan cheese
  8. add cauliflower , artichokes and cherry tomato halves
  9. toss lightly
  10. chill several hours
