CREAMY CHEESY POTATOES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Season potatoes to taste.
• Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
• In a bowl, combine milk, soup and sour cream.
• Combine potatoes with milk and soup mixture. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese.
• Spread evenly into casserole dish and push a tblsp of butter into the mixture at 4 different places. This will help to prevent sticking while the dish cooks. Top with remaining cheese.
• Bake for about 30-45 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add half the cheddar, Monterey Jack and Parmesan, reserving the rest for the top. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
• Transfer the potatoe mixture to a medium buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar, Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheeses on top. Bake until bubbly and golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes. Remove and cool slightly before serving.

• Measure potatoes into a medium mixing bowl. Add pancake mix and mix well. Add beaten eggs and dill and stir to combine thoroughly. Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Measure one teaspoon of cream cheese and roll into a ball about the size of a marble. Using hands, scoop about a tablespoon of potato mixture and coat cream cheese ball so that it is completely covered with potato mixture. • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a large baking dish, mix together potatoes, soup and sour cream. Mix in cheese and butter. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Top the mixture with potato chips.
• Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mixture is bubbly and lightly brown.
• Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.

• Gradually beat in milk until blended.
