Creamy Chicken And Noodles Recipe

Time: 80 minutes



  1. chicken
  2. chicken bouillon cube
  3. cream cheese
  4. herbs
  5. cream of chicken soup
  6. broad egg noodles
  7. salt and pepper


  1. remove the neck / gibblet package from the chicken
  2. rinse the chicken under cold water
  3. for 2 minutes then place in a large pot of hot water
  4. bring the water to a boil , cover the pot and boil the chicken until the leg joints become loose and the meat will pull easily from the bones
  5. remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool so you dont burn your fingers removing the meat from the bone
  6. in the same pot you used to cook the chicken , skim off the fat
  7. keep about 3 cups of broth in the pot', "if there isn't enough , add water to make at least 3 cups", 'add the bouillon cube , stir to dissolve
  8. heat the broth to boiling and put in the noodles
  9. cook till soft
  10. turn the heat down to low / simmer
  11. do not drain
  12. stir in the soup and cream cheese
  13. allow to continue to simmer on very low heat
  14. de-bone the chicken and add to the noodles
  15. season with salt and pepper as desired
