CREAMY FRUIT COCKTAIL SALAD RECIPE - (4.3/5)

Steps:

• In a large bowl add the fruit cocktail with juice, pineapple tidbits with juice, drained mandarin oranges and the strawberries. Sprinkle the vanilla pudding mix over the fruit and juice and stir well. Fold in the cool whip. Refrigerate the creamy fruit cocktail salad for an hour then stir just before serving. *I get the Fruit Cocktail that has extra maraschino cherries. Try to get the brand that is in juice or light syrup. The heavy syrup is not recommended for this recipe.

CREAM CHEESE FRUIT SALAD

Steps:

• Beat the cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl. On high speed, beat in the whipped topping. Fold in the bananas, pineapple, fruit cocktail, apple, and coconut. If desired, mix in the maraschino cherries, pecans, and raisins. Pour the salad into a serving bowl, and chill 1 hour before serving.

CREAMY FRUIT SALAD I

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine fruit cocktail, bananas and cherries. Reserve 3 slices of banana and 1 cherry for garnish.
• In a mixing bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks with an electric mixer. Add sugar and vanilla, and whip to combine.
• Fold the whipped cream into the fruit. Garnish with a fan of banana slices. Place cherry at the bottom of the banana fan.

CREAMY FRUIT COCKTAIL PUDDING

Steps:

• Mix all batter ingredients well with wooden spoon.
• Pour into large greased pie dish.
• Bake at 350F for 40 - 50 minutes.
• Boil together topping ingredients for 5 minutes.
• As pudding comes out of oven stab it all over with a knife and pour topping over.

FRUIT COCKTAIL CREAM PIE

Steps:

• Graham Cracker Crust: Combine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Reserve 2 tablespoons of mixture and set aside. Press remaining mixture on bottom and sides of 8"-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
• Filling: Combine sour cream, sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, and vanilla. Reserve 1/4 cup of the fruit cocktail, pour remaining into sour cream mixture. Pour into crust. Top with reserved crumbs.
• Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool and chill.
• Just before serving, garnish with reserved fruit.

CREAMY JELL-O FRUIT COCKTAIL SALAD

Steps:

• Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
• Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved juice and lemon juice; pour 1-1/4 cups into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
• Add remaining gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese in medium bowl, whisking after each addition until blended. Stir in fruit. Spoon over gelatin layer in pan.
• Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving.
