Creamy Lemon Bars Recipe

  1. all-purpose flour
  2. splenda granular
  3. salt
  4. butter
  5. eggs
  6. half-and-half
  7. lemon peel
  8. fresh lemon juice


  1. crust: preheat the oven to 350f lightly spray an 8-x-8-inch baking pan
  2. combine flour , splenda granular , and salt in food processor bowl
  3. pulse 2 to 3 times
  4. add butter
  5. pulse until mixture resembles coarse meal
  6. press mixture into the and bake 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned
  7. while the crust is in the oven , whisk together eggs and half-and-half in a medium bowl
  8. gradually whisk in the splenda and flour
  9. whisk in lemon peel and lemon juice
  10. pour over hot crust and bake 15 minutes or until center is set and edges are lightly browned
  11. cool completely in pan on a wire rack
  12. dust with powdered sugar , if desired
  13. cut into 2-inch squares , or whatever size you wish
