  1. neufchatel cheese
  2. fat-free cream cheese
  3. lump crabmeat
  4. salsa


  1. place cheeses in a microwave-safe bowl , and cover with wax paper
  2. microwave at medium 2 to 3 minutes or until softened , stirring with a wire whisk until smooth
  3. drain crabmeat through a sieve into a bowl , reserving 1 tablespoon liquid
  4. add reserved liquid , crabmeat , and salsa to cheese
  5. stir well
  6. serve warm or at room temperature with baked tortilla chips , raw vegetables , or breadsticks
