Ingredients:

  1. unsweetened instant tea
  2. orange zest
  3. ground cinnamon
  4. ground cloves
  5. ground nutmeg
  6. sweetened condensed milk
  7. water

Steps:

  1. in large saucepan , combine tea , orange peel and spices
  2. add sweetened condensed milk
  3. mix well
  4. over medium heat , slowly stir in water
  5. heat thoroughly but do not boil
  6. serve hot
  7. refrigerate any leftovers
  8. mix well and reheat before serving
