Creamy Top Blade Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. vegetable oil
  2. blade steaks
  3. water
  4. beef bouillon cube
  5. salt
  6. pepper
  7. medium egg noodles
  8. sour cream
  9. dill weed
  10. watercress

Steps:

  1. in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat , in hot oil , cook steaks untill well-browned on both sides
  2. stir in water , bouillon , salt and pepper
  3. heat to boiling
  4. reduce heat to low
  5. cover and simmer steaks 1 1 / 4 hours or until fork-tender , turning steaks with tongs once during cooking
  6. prepare noodles as label directs
  7. when steaks are done , remove to one side of a warm large platter
  8. drain noddles and place on other side of platter
  9. keep warm
  10. stir sour cream and dill into hot liquid in skillet
  11. cook , stirring until slightly thickened
  12. spoon some sauce over steaks and noodles
  13. pass remainder in sauceboat
  14. garnish platter with watercress
