WARM AND CREAMY BACON DIP

Steps:

• Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in 1-quart baking dish. Cover. Heat 25-30 minutes or until hot.
• Serve with assorted fresh vegetables, crackers and/or chips. Makes 3 cups.
• *Serving option: Dip may also be placed in hollowed round sourdough loaf, wrapped in foil and heated in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

DEVILED SHRIMP WITH BACON DIP

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375 degrees. Chop shrimp coarsely.
• In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until browned, for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then chop finely.
• In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, all but 1 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese, the horseradish, lemon juice, and cayenne. Mix until well blended. Stir in the shrimp, bacon, and green onions. Scrape the mixture into a small gratin or other shallow baking dish, spreading into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon parmesan over the top.
• Bake for 20 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly hot and the top is lightly browned. Serve warm, right from the baking dish.
• Makes about 2 cups, or 6 to 8 servings.

Steps:

• Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
• In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to microwave, and cook 2 to 4 minutes more. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Serve warm with crackers.

• Crumble the bacon into a large mixing bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, corn syrup, apple cider, black pepper, and onion. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
• Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, chives, and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Stir in shrimp. Pour into an 8x8-inch baking dish and top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
• Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 10 minutes.

• In a food processor, pulse the cilantro, scallions, garlic, and jalapeno until finely chopped.
• Add the spinach, mayonnaise, chevre, lime juice, and salt.
• Process until smooth.
• Add the shrimp and pulse until finely chopped.
• Transfer the dip to a bowl; cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
