Ingredients: butter,olive oil,onion,garlic clove,green peppers,celery,creole seasoning,dried leaf thyme,ground paprika,worcestershire sauce,ground black pepper,salt,diced tomatoes with juice,tomato paste,chicken broth

Steps:

  1. heat the butter and oil in a medium saucepan
  2. add the chopped onion , garlic , chopped celery and bell pepper
  3. saut until tender
  4. stir in all remaining ingredients
  5. simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes
  6. taste and adjust seasoning
  7. serve with fried green tomatoes or eggplant , or use with shrimp or other seafood
