TUNA SALAD CRESCENTS
Tuna melts were never this good. A cheesy tuna filling is all wrapped up with flaky Crescents in a hot sandwich ready in 30 minutes.

Steps:
- In bowl, mix tuna salad and relish.
- Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spoon tuna mixture on short end of each triangle; top with cheese. Roll up loosely as directed on can. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with egg.
- Bake at 375°F 12 to 15 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. On an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan, arrange triangles in a ring with points toward the outside and wide ends overlapping. Press overlapping dough to seal., In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon across wide end of triangles. Fold pointed end of triangles over filling, tucking points under to form a ring (filling will be visible)., Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine tuna, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, dill pickle (or relish) and diced tomato.
- Separate dough into 2 long rectangles.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet with long sides overlapping 1/2 inch ; press center seam and pinch perforations together to form one large rectangle (approx. 13.5" x 8.5").
- Spoon tuna mixture lengthwise down center of dough. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over filling.
- Cut slits 1" apart on each side of rectangle from filling to edge.
- To give braided appearance, fold strips of dough across filling, alternating from side to side.
- Bake for 17 to 20 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and sesame seeds.
- Garnish with parsley sprig.

TUNA BRAID
Steps:
- Open crescent roll dough and lay out in a rectangle shape on a jelly roll pan
- Mix remaining ingredients. Form a "log" lengthwise down center of dough with tuna mixture.
- Make 1 inch slits in dough perpendicular to tuna mixture. Beginning at either end, alternately fold strips of dough across the center of log, forming a braid.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 375 degrees F until golden brown. Cut into four segments with spatula and serve while hot.

- In a small bowl, combine spinach, tuna, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic; set aside., Unroll crescent roll dough onto waxed paper; do not separate dough. Press to seal seams and perforations. Cover with another piece of waxed paper. Roll dough to form a 14x10-in. rectangle., Transfer dough to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan, discarding waxed paper. Spread filling down center of dough lengthwise in a 3-1/2-in. strip. Top with mozzarella cheese., On each long side, cut 1-in.-wide strips almost to edge of filling. Starting at 1 end, fold alternating strips at an angle across filling; pinch ends to seal. Combine egg with water and brush over top. Bake at 375° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Unroll dough onto cookie sheet; press to 8x12 inches.
- In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; stir in chili powder, salt and garlic; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper strips; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Spoon chicken mixture in 4-inch strip lengthwise down center of dough. Top with salsa; sprinkle with cheese.
- With scissors or sharp knife, make cuts 1 inch apart on long sides of dough within 1/2 inch of filling.
- Alternately cross strips over filling; press edges to seal.
- Brush with egg white.

- 1. Place eggs in medium saucepan cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain run cold water over eggs to stop cooking. Peel eggs and chop.2. Meanwhile, heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle, mustard and onion mix well. Stir in tuna and eggs.3. Separate dough into 2 long rectangles.
