SIMPLE TUNA MELT
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place bread slices in the oven to toast while it preheats, and while you make the tuna salad.
- In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, salt, balsamic vinegar, mustard and dill pickle until well blended. Remove bread from the oven, and pile the tuna mixture onto one slice. Sprinkle cheese over the other slice of bread.
- Bake for 7 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and tuna is heated through. Place the cheese side of the sandwich on top of the tuna side. Cut in half and serve immediately.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375F degrees.
- In bowl mix first 4 ingredients.
- Add tuna and eggs.
- Unroll dough into 2 rectangles.
- Place one on cookie sheet.
- Spoon tuna mix on dough.
- Add cheese.
- Place other rectangle on top.
- Seal edges.
- Bake until deep golden brown (about 20 minutes).
TUNA CRESCENT ROLLS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 1. Unroll crescent rolls.
- 2. In a medium bowl drain and flake tuna fish.
- 3. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese, onion, and 4-5 tablespoons cream of mushroom soup. Mix well
- 4. Scoop tuna mixture by heaping spoonfuls onto unrolled crescent rolls.
- 5. Re-roll crescents starting with the largest end rolling to the small end.
- 6. Grease an 8x8 in pan. Place the rolled crescents side by side.
- 7. Place in oven and cook 10-12 min or until lightly browned.
- 8. In a small saucepan add the remaining soup, cheese and a little bit of milk to thin the consistency.
- 9. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
- 10. Serve the soup mixture over crescent rolls. Enjoy!

- 1. Place eggs in medium saucepan cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer about 15 minutes. Immediately drain run cold water over eggs to stop cooking. Peel eggs and chop.2. Meanwhile, heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle, mustard and onion mix well. Stir in tuna and eggs.3. Separate dough into 2 long rectangles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet with long sides overlapping 1/2 inch firmly press perforations and edges to seal. Cover with waxed paper. To give braided appearance, fold strips of dough at an angle halfway across filling with edges of strips just slightly overlapping, alternating from side to side.5. - Combine tuna, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, dill pickle (or relish) and diced tomato.
- Separate dough into 2 long rectangles.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet with long sides overlapping 1/2 inch ; press center seam and pinch perforations together to form one large rectangle (approx. 13.5" x 8.5").

This is dedicated to all those chefs who tell you to never, ever mix fish and cheese together; and yet there they are, at the diner at 2:00 in the morning. And you know what they eat? Tuna melts. And the reason they do is because it is delicious.

- Place tuna into a mixing bowl and lightly break apart with a fork. Add green onion, celery, capers, chile paste, and mayonnaise. Pinch small pieces from mozzarella cheese into the tuna salad and stir to mix. Season with salt and black pepper; refrigerate tuna salad until needed.
- Heat oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread butter generously on both sides of French bread slices.
- Broil buttered bread until golden brown on top, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip bread slices and broil other side until toasted, 2 to 3 more minutes. Remove from oven and turn bread slices over on the baking sheet so the darkest sides are on the bottom.
- Gently spread tuna salad onto bread slices using 2 forks. Press the salad onto the bread and spread tuna all the way to the edges of the bread. Spread shredded sharp Cheddar over each sandwich. Dust tops with cayenne pepper.
- Place sandwiches under broiler and cook until cheese is melted and bubbling, 5 to 6 minutes.
