  1. catfish fillet
  2. yellow cornmeal
  3. dry breadcrumbs
  4. paprika
  5. garlic salt
  6. french dressing


  1. heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. mix cornmeal , breadcrumbs , paprika , garlic salt and pepper
  3. lightly brush dressing on all sides of fish
  4. coat fish with cornmeal mixture
  5. place fish on rack in broiler pan
  6. bake , uncovered , 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork
