Crispy Chicken Thighs In Convection Oven Recipe

  1. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  2. light sour cream
  3. garlic cloves
  4. harissa
  5. salt
  6. pepper
  7. onion powder
  8. paprika
  9. italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  10. panko breadcrumbs
  11. parmesan cheese
  12. butter


  1. combine sour cream , garlic , onion powder
  2. paprika , harissa , salt and pepper
  3. set aside
  4. pat chicken dry add to sour mixture combining it well so it is all covered
  5. set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours , longer if possible
  6. turn them around a few time
  7. line cookie sheet with parmesan paper
  8. place on baking sheet
  9. mix bread crumbs , panko and parmesan cheese together
  10. roll sour cream chicken in bread crumb mixture covering them thoroughly
  11. spoon on the melted butter
  12. place on preheated 350 convection oven
  13. bake uncovered 45 minutes until your chicken is cooked
