  1. navy beans
  2. margarine
  3. molasses
  4. brown sugar
  5. salt
  6. dry mustard
  7. black pepper
  8. onion powder
  9. water


  1. rinse beans and cover with water and let soak overnight
  2. place all ingredients and beans in crock pot and cook for 6 hours
  3. enjoy !

See more Then brought beans to a boil and then simmered on low for one hour before putting in crock pot. Followed reciped exactly sauce was excellent. Cooked 4 hours on high and then 2 hours on low. Beans were perfect. OH! to avoid sauce being to watery I put paper towels over the crock pot before putting the lid on to absorb condensation that gathers.
