Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Soup Recipe

  1. cooked chicken
  2. yellow onion
  3. celery
  4. butter
  5. flour
  6. 2% low-fat milk
  7. chicken stock
  8. velveeta cheese
  9. buffalo wing sauce
  10. celery seed
  11. garlic powder


  1. i used a 5 to 6 quart crockpot
  2. make a roux with the flour and butter
  3. i use the stove top
  4. but you can use the microwave
  5. set aside
  6. chop up the onion and celery , and dump it into your crockpot
  7. add the cooked chicken
  8. pour in the chicken broth and milk
  9. add velveeta
  10. stir in the flour and butter mixture
  11. add hot sauce
  12. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours , or on high for 3-4
  13. the soup is done when the celery and onion reach desired tenderness and the flavors have melded
