Crock Pot Creamy Orange Cheesecake Recipe

  1. cookie crumbs
  2. sugar
  3. butter
  4. light cream cheese
  5. eggs
  6. egg yolk
  7. frozen orange juice concentrate
  8. orange zest
  9. flour
  10. vanilla


  1. combine crumbs with sugar
  2. mix in melted butter until well moistened
  3. pat into a 7-inch spring form pan
  4. in a medium bowl , cream together the cream cheese and sugar
  5. add eggs and yolk and beat for about 3 minutes on medium with a hand-held electric mixer
  6. beat in orange juice , zest , flour , and vanilla
  7. beat for another 2 minutes
  8. pour batter into prepared crust
  9. place on a rack or aluminum foil ring in the crock pot
  10. cover and cook on high for 2 1 / 2 to 3 hours
  11. turn off and leave for 1 to 2 hours , until cool enough to remove
  12. cool completely and remove the sides of the pan
  13. chill before serving , and store leftovers in the refrigerator
