CROCK-POT HASH BROWN LOADED POTATO SOUP

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients together in a 3 1/2 to 5 quart crock-pot/slow cooker.
• Turn on High and let cook for approximately 6 hours.

POTATO SOUP WITH HASH BROWNS

Steps:

• Put hash browns, chicken broth, soup, potato, onion, and pepper in a slow cooker.
• Cover and cook on Low until diced potatoes are tender and soup is hot, 3 to 5 hours.
• Drop in softened cream cheese; use a whisk to get it all melted and mixed in.
• Garnish with Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions.

• Put the Ore Ida hash brown potatoes in the crockpot. Add in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. • Combine first seven ingredients in a large crock pot; cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours (potato should be tender).
• Mash mixture until potatoes are coarsely chopped and soup is slightly thickened.
• Stir in cream, cheese and chives.
• Top with sour cream (if used), sprinkle with bacon and more cheese.
