AWESOME SLOW COOKER BUFFALO WINGS
I made these wings for Super Bowl®; they were gone in five minutes and super-easy to make! Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Steps:
- Combine 1 bottle hot pepper sauce, 1/2 cup butter, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken wings into slow cooker and pour sauce mixture over wings.
- Cook on High for 2 hours. Reduce heat to Low; cook 2 hours more.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease several baking sheets.
- Spread wings onto prepared baking sheets and bake in preheated oven until wings are crisp and browned, about 30 minutes.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter with 1 bottle hot sauce in a small saucepan and simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Brush sauce onto wings just before serving.

CROCK POT BUFFALO WINGS
Absolute hot wing flavor....do it my way or sub the sauce with one you like! So easy and delicious!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except the chicken in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. (I use Franks Buffalo Sauce but you can use any Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce.).
- Place chicken in crock pot and pour heated sauce over the top. Cook on low or high. (Just depends on how fast you want to eat them.).
- When chicken is cooked through, scoop (with a slotted spoon) onto a cookie sheet.
- Broil on hi for 10-15 minutes (my husband likes these best when I sprinkle a dry rub over the wings before placing them in the oven. It helps hold the sauce in place and makes a slightly crispy coat). Just use any dry meat rub.Cajun, Jerk, Garlic etc. and add your own special touch!

CROCKPOT BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE
Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine Buffalo sauce, melted butter, and garlic.
- Place the chicken wings in a 6qt slow cooker. Cover the chicken wings with the sauce mixture, tossing to combine.
- Cook the wings on low heat for 3 hours.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray the foil with olive oil spray (or brush with a thin layer of olive oil).
- Once the wings have reached 165°F, remove from the slow cooker and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Preheat the broiler to high heat. Brush the wings with additional Buffalo sauce and broil for 4-5 minutes, until they're lightly browned. Flip and brush the other side, then broil for another 4-5 minutes.
- Serve wings with celery, carrots, extra buffalo sauce, and your favorite dressing.
