Steps:
- Combine all your ingredients in your 3-quart crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours (If cooking on high, watch carefully at the end. When the ingredients start to bubble up, switch to low for remaining time.) Stir occasionally through cooking.
- Sauce will be thin when the potatoes are done, let it rest for 30 minutes with the crock pot off and lid removed for a thicker sauce.

- Place your cubed potatoes in the bottom of a lightly greased 4 quart slow cooker
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, butter and garlic with a fork until well combined
- Pour chicken broth over potatoes
- Spread cream cheese mixture over potatoes
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Top with crumbled bacon
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5-3 hours

Steps:
- Cut potatoes into quarters (or eighths if the potato is larger) and place in a large pot with your garlic and bullion cubes.
- Cover everything with water and bring to a boil.
- Boil for around 15 minutes, until your potatoes are tender.
- Drain and place a large bowl and mash.
- Mix in your cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
- Place potato mixture in a lightly greased crock pot and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Mix in your butter, salt and pepper right before you serve.

- 1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Put potatoes, onion, cheese, and butter in crock pot.
- 2. In a small bowl mix soup, broth, sour cream and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.
- 3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender. After an hour of cooking (or when cheese is melted) lift lid and stir thoroughly.

I like this because you can make it the day before and reheat it. You can do it in the oven or crock pot. A friend made this for a dinner years ago.

- Boil them for about 10 minutes.
- In a casserole or crock pot put the soup and cheese.
- Mix in the potatoes.
- I haven't made these for a long time as I just found my book, but we'll make it for Xmas and re-post if I need to.
- Put in crock pot for about 2-1/2 hours on high.
- Or bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
