Steps:
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in frypan.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano.
- Cook long enough to get it warm.
- Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (break to fit) and top with cheeses.
- Repeat with sauce, noodles and cheeses until all are used up.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

- In a large skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until brown. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and oregano and stir until well incorporated. Cook until heated through.
- In a large bowl mix together the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon a layer of the meat mixture onto the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a double layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit noodles into slow cooker. Top noodles with a portion of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layering of sauce, noodles, and cheese until all the ingredients are used.
- Cover, and cook on LOW setting for 4 to 6 hours.

- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles, 8-10 minutes; drain. Transfer to a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker., Add onion and carrots to same skillet; cook and stir until softened, 2-4 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are softened, 2-4 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker. Stir in broth, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook, covered, on low until vegetables are tender. 4-6 hours., Skim fat from soup. Add lasagna; cook until tender, 1 hour longer. Stir in spinach. Remove insert; let stand 10 minutes. Divide mozzarella cheese among serving bowls; ladle soup over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and, if desired, basil.

- In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Place in 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, mushrooms, basil, parsley, water, salt and pepper to slow cooker; stir. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 7 to 8 hours.
- When about 30 minutes are left , add uncooked pasta and zucchini; cover and continue cooking until time is up.
- Top with shredded cheese.

CROCK POT HARVEST STOUP
This is really good. My family raved about it for days. You may want to thicken up the broth to suit you but it was just fine for us. The way it comes out is like a stoup. Like Rachael Ray says," Its not a Stew or a Soup it's a Stoup!!" Hope you enjoy!!

- Peel and chop all of the vegetables, and add it to the crockpot. Break up the ground meat with your fingers and add it inches Dump in the kidney beans and the can of tomatoes and chilies. Add the broth and the seasonings. Stir well. It will look like there isn't enough liquid, but more will be made from the vegetables and meat. I promise.
- Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Mine took about 9 hours because I have an older crockpot. Yours may take less time.

- Brown ground beef and drain. Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of 4-quart crock pot. Mix remaining sauce with beef. Place 2 uncooked lasagna noodles on sauce in crock pot. Spread 1/3 meat mixture on top of noodles. Spread 3/4 cup cottage cheese over meat. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over cottage cheese. Add another layer of uncooked noodles, 1/3 meat mixture, the remaining cottage cheese and 1/2 Cup of mozzarella cheese. Place another layer of uncooked noodles, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Cover with lid and cook on low for 4 hours. If cooked much longer, it gets a bit well done. Tip: If your crock pot is retaining to much moisture you can remove the lid for the last 15 to 30 minutes of cooking.

- Cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink.
- Drain.
- Mix in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil and crushed red pepper flakes and simmer 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon 1/3 of beef mixture into a 5-quart crock pot.
- Break 3 lasagna sheets in half and arrange over beef mixture.
- Top with half of ricotta mixture.
- Repeat with another layer and finish with remaining beef.
- Cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours.
- Turn off crock pot.
- In a bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of lasagna.
- Cover until cheese melts and lasagna firms up, about 10 minutes.
- If you like to sneak veggies into your lasagna, add a can of zucchini in tomato sauce to the meat mixture.
- I keep cooked ground beef in the freezer so this is easier to put together. I mix the beef and tomato mixture and let sit overnight. I then assemble the lasagna in the morning.
