This Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken is made with chicken breasts, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasonings and chicken broth. Delicious!

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thirds (or chicken tenders))
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2-3 Tablespoons oil ((or butter))
salt and pepper, (to taste)
1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Coat chicken breast pieces lightly in flour, shaking off excess, and place on a plate.
  • Heat 2 -3 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over high heat. Get the pan nice and hot!
  • Add in half the chicken pieces and brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
  • Season chicken with a bit of salt and pepper while it's in the pan.
  • Take those pieces out, add in more oil if needed, and brown last batch of chicken.
  • Put chicken into the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle chicken with dry Italian dressing mix. Add in minced garlic.
  • Then pour in chicken broth and lemon juice.
  • Cover with lid and cook on low for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix the oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture into chicken. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken in butter for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Place chicken in a slow cooker.
  • In the same skillet, mix the water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon. Bring the mixture to boil. Pour over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cover, and cook on High for 3 hours, or Low for 6 hours. Add the parsley to the slow cooker 15 to 30 minutes before the end of the cook time.

5 chicken thighs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
6 cloves garlic
1 lemon, cut in half
¼ cup water
vegetable, to serve
1 cube chicken stock
1 tablespoon cornflour, with a little water

Steps:

  • Place the chicken, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, and thyme into the slow cooker and mix together with your hands.
  • Add the garlic, lemon, and water.
  • Place the lid on and cook on high for 3 hours.
  • Remove the chicken, lemon, and garlic, and stir in the chicken stock and cornflour mix.
  • Stir until you reach your desired consistency for chicken gravy.
  • Pour the gravy over the chicken and serve with vegetables.
  • Enjoy!

1 (3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens (whole or pieces)
1 teaspoon crumbled dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried rosemary
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sherry wine or 1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Wash chicken; pat dry; season chicken generously with salt and pepper; sprinkle half of oregano, rosemary and garlic inside cavity of chicken; melt butter in frying pan and brown chicken; transfer to slow cooker or crock pot; sprinkle with remaining oregano, rosemary and garlic; add sherry to frying pan and stir to loosen brown bits; pour into slow cooker.
  • Cover, cook on LOW (200 degrees) for 7 hours; add lemon juice and cook 1 more hour (total of 8); transfer chicken to cutting board; skim fat from juices and serve over chicken.

1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule

1/2 cup garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup water

Steps:

  • Rinse chicken and dry on paper towels.
  • In a small bowl combine the oregano, salt, and pepper; sprinkle on chicken and pat inches.
  • In a large skillet brown the chicken in the oil; transfer to crockpot when browned.
  • Add water, lemon juice, and garlic to the skillet; bring to a boil and pour over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
