Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Rub spice mixture into chicken, skin side and bone side, making sure it is evenly distributed and pressed down deep into chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours until very tender. If you have a newer crock pot, the chicken will most likely be done in 7 to 8 hours. Check with a food thermometer (an instant read thermometer is great)-the temperature should be 165 F. Serve immediately with lots of napkins.

SLOW COOKER STICKY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Steps:
- In a sauce pan add the honey, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sriracha and season to taste with black pepper. Bring to a boil, then lower the temperature and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sugars have dissolved and the sauce is beginning to thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- In the bowl of a slow cooker, add the skinned chicken drumsticks and pour the sauce over. Move the chicken around a bit with tongs to coat completely. Put the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours, flipping chicken a couple of times during the cooking process. Just before serving, sprinkle with torn cilantro leaves and sesame seeds.
- Serve with steamed white rice and your favorite veggie and devour!

- In a small bowl, combine the garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt, and poultry seasoning. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the drumsticks and rub it in to coat all sides. (Freezing instructions begin here.)
- Place seasoned drumsticks in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, until cooked through. (Chicken is done when it's 165°F internally.)
- Position the top oven rack about 6 inches below the broiler. Preheat the broiler. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Use tongs to place the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet; discard any liquid remaining in the cooker. Broil until the chicken starts to brown and look crispy, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the chicken over, and broil until the skin begins to brown and look crispy, 2 to 3 minutes more.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a glass baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Spread 1/4 cup of olive oil over the bottom of the prepared baking dish and line up drumsticks on top, alternating directions so that they fit. Top with 1 tablespoon of butter each, on the thick part of the chicken. Sprinkle with garlic salt, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Cover chicken with remaining olive oil; continue to bake until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink in the centers, 10 to 15 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve.

- Spray cooking spray in crock pot sides and bottom.
- Wrap each drumstick in a slice of pancetta. Add drumsticks to the crock pot, seam side of pancetta down in one layer. Add ginger root.
- In a bowl, stir all ingredients except cornstarch.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours. Chicken should fall off the bone and be cooked through. There should be no pink color.
- Drain sauce into saucepan. Cook over low heat until it begins to bubble. Add cornstarch and cook until thickened about 5 minutes. Serve sauce along with chicken. This is good with rice and a salad.

- Rinse chicken thoroughly and drain well. Pat the chicken with paper towels to dry well. Stuff garlic and orange slices inside chicken.
- Spray a 4-6 quart crock pot with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken inside. Combine honey, soy sauce and gingerroot in small bowl and pour over chicken. Cover crock pot. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. The chicken should be fork tender and thoroughly cooked; 170 degrees into the leg or thigh on an instant read thermometer.
- Remove chicken from crock pot and cover with foil to keep warm. Mix cornstarch and orange juice in small saucepan and add the juices left in the crock pot. Mix well, transfer to a saucepan, and cook over medium high heat until the sauce boils and thickens, stirring frequently. Serve chicken with sauce.
