CRUNCHY ASIAN SLAW

a sweet-sour delight to accompany a grilled main course during barbecue season!

Time: 20 minutes

Number Of Ingredients: 10

Ingredients: cabbage,broccoli,scallions,canola oil,sugar,soy sauce,wine vinegar,salt and pepper,nuts,ramen noodles

Steps:

  1. mix oil , vinegar , soy sauce , sugar , salt and pepper , and toss with cabbage , broccoli , and scallions
  2. let marinate for 2 hours
  3. heat 1 t oil in skillet and toss nuts and crushed ramen noodles until browned and crisped
  4. cool , then toss with vegetable mixture just before serving
