Crunchy Baked Tilapia Recipe

  1. saltine crackers
  2. italian seasoning
  3. dried parsley
  4. fresh ground black pepper
  5. unsalted butter
  6. parmesan cheese
  7. tilapia fillets


  1. preheat oven to 400f
  2. melt butter in shallow pie dish
  3. set aside
  4. in another shallow dish , mix cracker crumbs , seasoning and spices
  5. dry fillets and dredge in butter
  6. then , in crumb-seasonings mixture
  7. place on oil-sprayed foil-lined baking sheet and distribute remaining crumbs on tops of fillets
  8. drizzle remaining melted butter over crumbs
  9. sprinkle each with grated cheese
  10. bake for 15-20 minutes , until fish flakes easily and topping is golden
  11. serve with chili sauceii-recipe #7161 , if desired
  12. enjoy !
