Crustless Swiss Chard Quiche Recipe

Time: 60 minutes



  1. olive oil
  2. sweet onion
  3. swiss chard
  4. cheese
  5. eggs
  6. skim milk
  7. salt
  8. pepper


  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. wash and dry swiss chard
  3. cut off the very ends of the stems
  4. roughly chop the chard
  5. add onion and chard to the oil and saute until stems are tender
  6. add salt & pepper to taste
  7. meanwhile , grate 2
  8. 5 cups of cheese
  9. use whatever varieties you want / have
  10. be creative ! i used swiss , cheddar , parmesan , and cojito
  11. wisk eggs
  12. add milk and cheese
  13. fold in the onion / chard mixture
  14. add salt & pepper to taste , if necessary
  15. pour into a pie dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  16. bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and no liquid seeps when you poke it with a knife
