Cuban Pork Tenderloins Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. olive oil
  2. fresh orange juice
  3. fresh lime juice
  4. dark rum
  5. green onions
  6. fresh garlic
  7. dried oregano
  8. cumin
  9. salt
  10. bay leaf
  11. black pepper
  12. pork tenderloin

Steps:

  1. in a bowl whisk together first 11 ingredients and transfer to a large heavy ziploc plastic bag , add in the tenderlons to the marinade
  2. close bag tightly and turn to coat
  3. place the bag in a large bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours
  4. set oven to 400 degrees
  5. transfer the tenderloins to a baking dish and discard the marinade
  6. cook for about 25 minutes
  7. let stand for 5 minutes before slicing
