1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
4 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients and preheat the oven to 375 F.
  • Grease a 2-quart baking dish; arrange the cube steak in the baking dish along with the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
  • Combine the soups in a saucepan with the butter. Place the pan over medium heat and heat until simmering. Stir to blend and pour over the steak and vegetables.

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
⅓ cup crushed saltine crackers
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 (4 ounce) beef cube steaks
1 ¼ cups canned tomato sauce
2 ¼ teaspoons white sugar
½ teaspoon dried oregano, divided
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a shallow dish, stir together the flour, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and water with a fork. In a third bowl, or shallow dish, mix together the cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese and basil.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dredge the cube steaks in the seasoned flour, dip into the egg mixture, and coat with the cracker crumb mixture. Place them in the skillet, and fry just until browned on each side. Arrange steaks in a single layer in a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, and garlic powder. Spoon over steaks when the 25 minutes are up. Top each steak with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese; sprinkle remaining oregano over the top. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the sauce is hot.

1 (8 ounce) can milk
3 cups cooked rice

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Boil rice, drain, and rinse with cool water.
  • Fry cubed steak in frying pan, lay on paper towel or towel to absorb grease. when cooled cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Mix soup and milk in pot mix until smooth mixture.
  • Pour rice into bottom of casserole dish, Combine with 1/4 of mushroom soup mix, and mix together, spread evenly over bottom of dish.
  • Add cut cubed steak on top of rice mixture. Pour remaining soup over this and bake.

1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds boneless round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
3 cups mashed potatoes (with added milk)
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, seasoning blend and pepper; add beef cubes and shake to coat. In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef in oil. Place beef and drippings in a greased shallow 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. , To skillet, add water, broth, garlic, onion, thyme and rosemary; bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes; stir in mushrooms. Pour over meat; mix well. , Cover and bake 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 hours or until beef is tender. Sprinkle peas over meat. Spread potatoes evenly over top. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup water
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
5 potatoes, halved with or without the peelings

Steps:

  • Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix soups and water together.
  • Put about 1/2 cup soup mixture on bottom of crock pot.
  • Add 2 steaks; put another 1/2 cup soup mixture on top of steaks.
  • Add remaining steaks and rest of soup mixture.
  • Lay potatoes on top.
  • Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5.

8 beef cube steaks (4 ounces each)
1-1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup French salad dressing
1 cup shredded carrots
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon browning sauce, optional

Steps:

  • Pound steaks to 1/4-in. thickness. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Spoon salad dressing over steaks. Cover and chill for 1 hour. , In a large saucepan, combine the vegetables, broth and remaining salt. Cover and cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving liquid. , Spoon 1/4 cup vegetable mixture onto each steak; roll up and secure with toothpicks. In a large nonstick skillet, brown meat rolls in oil on all sides.
