Steps:
- Preheat over to 450 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Jose Cuervo tequila, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic and hot sauce.
- Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add wings to the marinade and stir to coat.
- Transfer to refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Drain chicken and arrange on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 375 degrees F and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
- Transfer to platter and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.

- 1. Place Jose Cuervo Golden Margarita, orange marmalade, ketchup, tomato sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic into a saucepan.
- 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- 3. Place wings in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 4. Coat wings. Place in bowl and coat in sauce.
- 5. Place wings back on baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 375degrees for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- 6. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery.

Steps:
- Spear the chicken wings onto a skewer. Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to cook, arrange the chicken wings onto a baking sheet and pour over some of the marinade.
- Broil for 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally and turning once, until the meat on the bone is opaque.
- If using a barbecue, cook over a low heat for 20-30 minutes and baste occasionally. Check they are cooked throughout before serving.
