1. preheat oven to 350
2. in a 9x13 baking dish combine honey , water , mustard , melted butter , curry powder , lemon and lime juice , and garlic
3. mix well
4. arrange in a single layer chicken breast halves , turning to coat
5. bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink
6. serve chicken and pan drippings over hot cooked rice
