  1. mix the lime juice and mustard , blending well
  2. add the garlic
  3. whisk in the mayonnaise and then blend in the spices , blending until almost smooth
  4. cover and chill
  5. suggested dippers: chicken drumettes , onion crackers , chicory , cauliflower
