Ingredients:

  1. eggs
  2. granulated sugar
  3. soft margarine
  4. milk
  5. all-purpose flour
  6. vanilla extract
  7. coconut
  8. cinnamon

Steps:

  1. place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender in order given
  2. process until thoroughly blended
  3. it will be slightly foamy
  4. pour into a buttered casserole dish
  5. sprinkle top with cinnamon
  6. bake at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour', "this makes it's own crust", 'the top will be brown and puff up as it cooks but will settle down as it cools
