4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons pepper
4 teaspoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons canola oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ medium white onion, finely chopped
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
10 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Slice each chicken breasts in half lengthwise and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and garlic powder evenly on both sides of each chicken breast.
  • Heat oil in a large pan over high heat, then sear the chicken for about 1 minute per side. They will continue to cook through in the oven later on.
  • In the residual oil (drain some if necessary), toss in the garlic and onions, stirring constantly until the mixture has started to brown.
  • Pour in the cream, stirring until it starts to boil, then add the parmesan and parsley.
  • Cook for 1 additional minute, then remove from heat.
  • In a 9" x 13" (23cm x 33cm) rectangular baking pan, spread about ¼ of the cream mixture on the bottom.
  • Lay enough lasagna noodles to cover the sauce, then spread about ½ of the remaining cream mixture on top.
  • Place enough chicken breasts to cover the sauce, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella, followed by half of the bacon and half of the parsley.
  • Repeat the layers once more, starting with noodles, sauce, chicken, bacon, parsley, and mozzarella.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Cool for about 15 minutes, slice, and serve!

12 sheets of lasagne
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, sliced
4 oz (100 g) mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
3 bay leaves
salt pepper
3 chicken portions, cooked, skinned and boned
1 tablespoon corn flour (corn starch)
450 ml (3/4 pint) milk
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt natural yogurt
4 oz (100 g) Cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Cook the lasagne in boiling salted water until tender. (A little oil added to the water will prevent the sheets of pasta from sticking together.)
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until softened.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry for a further 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the spices, bay leaves, salt and pepper, then mix in the chicken (shredded or chopped).
  • Dissolve the cornflour in the milk and add to the pan. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
  • Drain the lasagne and spread out on paper towels
  • Make alternate layers of lasagne and the chicken mixture in a baking dish.
  • Combine the yogurt and cheese and spread over the top.
  • Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven 200C (400F) Gas mark 6 for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

1 cup chicken broth
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
6 ounces shredded mozzarella

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and green peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and translucent, about 15 minutes. Add the chicken, pimientos, mushroom soup, and chicken broth. Simmer the mixture until the flavors blend and the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
  • Spoon about 1/3 of the chicken mixture into a medium baking dish. Arrange 2 of the noodles over the chicken; repeat layers of chicken and noodles twice more. Top the lasagna with cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until the cheese is nicely browned, about 10 minutes. Remove the lasagna from the oven and allow it to set for 5 minutes, then serve.

1 tablespoon Black pepper powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
1 Lemon juice
Salt , to taste
10 Lasagna sheets , ones that need no pre-cooking
1 cup Mozzarella cheese , shredded
Parmesan cheese
1 cup Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup Parsley leaves , chopped

Steps:

  • To begin making the Chicken Lasagna recipe, wash and clean chicken well. Add pepper powder, lime juice, salt and paprika powder, mix well in a mixing bowl.
  • Cover and let the chicken marinate for about 1 to 2 hours.
  • Later add olive oil into a pan. And sauté the marinated chicken pieces on medium flame until cooked well. This will take about 15 minutes approximately.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with butter well. Place a layer of cooked lasagna sheet in one layer.

2 cups milk

casings removed
1 small onion
diced

Pinch red pepper flakes
1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes

1 1⁄2 cups low-fat ricotta (Barilla makes a good no-boil lasagna that is widely available.)
1⁄2 cup 2% milk
16 sheets no-boil lasagna noodles
16-20 fresh basil leaves
1 cup chopped fresh mozzarella

Steps:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook for about 3 minutes, until no longer pink. Add the onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, until the onion is soft and translucent. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the ricotta and milk in a mixing bowl. In a 9" x 9" baking pan, lay down a layer of 4 noodles. 12 oz (350g) mixed mushrooms (sliced)
1 lb (450g) chicken breast (sliced)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 onion (diced)
3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 1/2 cup (500ml) chicken broth
1 1/2 cup (300ml) double cream
8 lasagna sheets (broken into squares)
¾ cup (75g) parmesan (grated)
1 cup (110g) fresh mozzarella
3-4 Tbsp fresh parsley (sliced thinly)

Steps:

  • Preheat a cast iron pan over med-high heat. Once hot, add in olive oil and chicken. Sprinkle with chili flakes and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes, then set aside.
  • In the same preheated pan, add one more Tbsp of olive oil, then stir in onion, mushrooms, garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the onion and mushrooms begin to soften.
  • Pour in chicken broth, double cream and return the chicken to the pan.
  • Distribute the lasagna sheets evenly across the skillet, and add in mozzarella and parmesan. Make sure you place both of them evenly across the top.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lasagna is cooked. You should check halftime, and give it a small stir, so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

8 lasagna noodles
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
1 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste
8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
2 (10.5 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
10 fluid ounces chicken broth
2 teaspoons crushed dried rosemary

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Stir in the lasagna noodles, and return to a boil. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain.
  • Spray a skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoned salt and pepper, and place in the skillet. Cover and cook until the meat is barely pink, 5 to 8 minutes, then turn the chicken over and cook, covered, until the chicken is cooked through, an additional 5 to 8 minutes. Remove chicken, and cool in refrigerator about 20 minutes. Cut cooled chicken into bite-size cubes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded Swiss cheese, broccoli, and chicken together. In another bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth until well combined. Sprinkle the crushed rosemary over the soup mixture.
  • To assemble, spread 1/3 of the soup mixture over the bottom of the prepared baking dish, and lay 4 lasagna noodles over the soup, overlapping the noodles slightly. Top the noodles with half the chicken-broccoli mixture. Spoon 1/3 of the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli, then top with the remaining lasagna noodles. Finish with a layer of the remaining chicken-broccoli mixture and the remaining 1/3 of the soup mixture. Cover the dish with foil.
