  1. sugar
  2. oil
  3. eggs
  4. flour
  5. baking powder
  6. baking soda
  7. cinnamon
  8. salt
  9. pumpkin pie spice
  10. nuts
  11. pumpkin


  1. preheat oven to 350f degrees
  2. grease& flour 10x15 jelly roll pan
  3. set aside
  4. beat sugar , oil& eggs in a large bowl
  5. sift dry ingredients
  6. add to egg mixture , stirring well to combine
  7. add pumpkin & nuts
  8. pour into prepared pan , and bake 20-25 minutes or until done
  9. cool thoroughly
  10. frost with cream cheese frosting , or serve with cool whip
