BANANA MEATLOAF

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
• In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, banana, salt, pepper, paprika and dry mustard until well mixed. Shape into a loaf and place in prepared pan.
• Bake in preheated oven 1 hour, or until no longer pink in the center.

MOIST AND DELICIOUS BANANA BREAD

Steps:

• Combine the oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
• Add the baking soda and flour.
• Combine well for 2-3 minutes.
• Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

BANANA BREAD ( WITH CAULIFLOWER)

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F Coat a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
• In a bowl mix the flours, baking soad, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon then set aside.
• In another large mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil until well combined. Mix in the egg whites, bananas and cauliflower purees, and the vanilla.
• Add the flower mix to the wet mix.
• Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55 - 60minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test.
• Let cool on rack for 5 minutes and then turn the bread out of the pan to cool further before serving.
