Ingredients:

  1. ground beef
  2. egg
  3. bread
  4. onion
  5. pepper
  6. unsweetened applesauce
  7. ketchup
  8. water
  9. bell pepper
  10. elbow macaroni

Steps:

  1. mix ground beef , egg , bread , onion , pepper , and applesauce together
  2. make 15 balls
  3. place balls in a casserole dish
  4. bake at 350 degrees fahreneheit for 15 minutes
  5. drain fat
  6. mix ketchup , water
  7. add ketchup / water mixture over the bell pepper', "this step wasn't in original recipe but i like it this way", 'bake 30 minutes more
  8. add pepper to cooked macaroni as soon as drained', "i can't have butter but you can add some if you wish"]
