Steps:
- Into a large size bowl stir together the Bisquick, Parmesan Cheese, Scallions and the Crabmeat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, water, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco then pour the mixed liquid into the Bisquick and Crab mixture folding through gently until all ingredients are well combined
- Heat oil until very hot, one tablespoon at a time drop crab puffs into the oil, rolling the puffs around using a slotted spoon until golden brown on all sides, transfer to a paper towel to absorb excess grease, serve alongside Mustard Dip garnished with some fresh parsley
- Crab puffs may be frozen in a long container between sheets of Freezer Paper, thawed in the refrigerator overnight then baked in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes
- Preparing the Mustard Dip: Stir together the Sour Cream, Dijon Mustard, and Fresh Lemon Juice

Steps:
- Heat oil in large, heavy saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together cooked crabmeat, cream cheese and garlic salt.
- Roll a small amount of the crabmeat mixture inside each won ton wrapper and seal.
- In small batches, carefully place won tons into the hot oil. Fry 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Shrimp and rice are two foods that are abundant in our area. These shrimp puffs are my family's favorite. In fact, they prefer them to fried shrimp.

- In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks, milk and oil. Combine the flour, baking powder, onion powder, salt and pepper; add to yolk mixture and mix well. Stir in the rice, shrimp, parsley and pepper sauce., In a bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into shrimp mixture. , In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 350°. Drop batter by tablespoons into hot oil. Fry puffs, a few at a time, for 1-1/2 minutes on each side or until browned and puffy. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except wanton skins.
- Fill wanton squares with 1 teaspoon of mixture.
- Fold over making triangles.
- Moisten to seal the edges.
- Use water or egg.
- Fry in oil for 3 minutes or until browned and puffed.
- Turn once.
- Serve with Chinese Mustard.

- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
- Combine panko bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to combine.
- Dip shrimp in the beaten egg, shaking off excess. Drop shrimp into the bag of panko mixture and shake to coat. Place shrimp on a plate and repeat with remaining shrimp.
- Drop shrimp in batches into the preheated deep fryer and cook until breading is browned and shrimp are opaque, about 1 1/2 minutes per batch.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining shrimp.

Great tasting appetizer. My Mother-in-Law gave me this recipe 20 yiears ago. It is very easy all you do is make a cream puff batter, add the next 5 ingredients and deep fry.

- Heat butter and water in large sauce pan, when it boils add flour all atonce and beat until it forms a paste. Let cool. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition. Add shrimp, cheese, onion, salt and pepper and Tobasco sauce and mix well. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Drop by tablespoon full into hot oil and fry until golden brown. (about 5 minutes). Serve immediately. May be frozen and reheated in the oven.
