Steps:
- Heat oil in deep fryer 325 degrees F.
- Place flour,salt,cayenne,black pepper,and ginger.
- in a shallow dish. Mix well.
- Put eggs in a shallow dish.
- Pour Panko crumbs into a shallow dish.
- Coat livers with seasoned flour and shake off excess.
- Dip in beaten eggs and then coat with Panko bread crumbs.
- Fry a few at a time and cook until golden brown and
- livers are done. Serve with coleslaw or fresh salad.

- Preheat oven to 450°F with rack in middle.
- Stir together panko, cayenne, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a pie plate.
- Stir together butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl, then brush all over chicken. Add chicken, 2 pieces at a time, to crumb mixture and coat evenly on both sides, pressing chicken into crumbs to help them adhere, then transfer, skin side up, to a shallow baking pan.
- Bake chicken until well browned and cooked through, 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes to crisp.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Greek yogurt, red peppers, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder in a mini food processor. Blend until smooth and refrigerate dipping sauce until ready to use.
- In a small bowl combine 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly. Set aside.
- Toast panko crumbs in a skillet over medium-high heat until a golden brown color, 4 to 5 minutes. Place panko into a shallow dish. Crack egg into a separate shallow dish. Dip chicken tenders first into egg, letting excess drip off, then coat with panko. Place tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, turning over halfway through, 12 to 15 minutes total. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve with the dipping sauce.

- Place the chicken livers in a colander, and rinse with water. Drain the livers well. Whisk together the egg and milk in a shallow bowl until well blended. Place the flour, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in a resealable plastic zipper bag, and shake to combine.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the chicken livers in the bowl of egg and milk mixture, and coat each liver. Place the livers, one at a time, into the plastic bag of flour mixture, and shake the bag to coat the each liver completely.
- Gently place the coated livers, a few at a time, into the hot oil. Cover the pan of oil with a frying screen to avoid getting burned by spatters of oil that will pop out as the livers fry. Deep fry the livers until crisp and golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes.

- Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and place the rack in the center. Melt a few tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and let it sit at room temperature.
- Pat the chicken livers dry with a paper towel. Trim off any white connective tissue, visible veins and greenish-yellow patches.
- Season the livers on both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place the melted butter and a shallow dish of panko breadcrumbs beside each other.
- Coat a chicken liver in butter with one hand and drop it in the panko. Use your dry hand to press the liver into the panko on all sides to coat it.
- Bake the livers for 10 minutes and turn them over. Bake for another 5 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Take the livers out and check the internal temperature of one or two of them to ensure they reached 165 F. Gently blot up excess oil on the breading with a paper towel.
