Ingredients: ground beef,evaporated milk,quick-cooking oats,cracker,eggs,onion,garlic salt,salt,pepper,chili powder,catsup,brown sugar,liquid smoke
Steps:
- to make the sauce: combine all the sauce ingredients
- mix well and set aside
- to make the meatballs: combine all the meatball ingredients
- mix thoroughly
- shape into one-inch round balls
- arrange in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan
- cover with sauce
- bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour , basting occasinally
