- Melt mozzarella & cream cheese in the microwave. I do about 45 seconds, remove from microwave and stir and pop back in for another 45 seconds.
- Add in almond flour and egg until combined.
- Place dough on parchment paper. Top with the second piece of parchment paper and roll out until it's about 1/4" thick.
- Use a round cookie or biscuit cutter. I used a 3" for this recipe for a smaller tuna ball. You can use a larger one if you prefer.
- In a medium size bowl mix together tuna, cream cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Grab a piece of the fat head dough that's been cut out into a circle. Using a teaspoon, put filling onto the dough. Pinch the ends of the dough together and pinch together to ensure the filling isn't going to come out. Roll in the palm of your hand until the dough looks smooth.
- Place seam side down on the baking sheet and repeat the process until the filling is gone. You will need to reroll the extra fat head dough a second time.
- Bake in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes and golden brown.
- Serve with a side of tartar sauce!

- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans before serving.

- 1. Heat oil in a pan, add in spring onion and saute for a minute.
- 2. In a bowl mix the mashed potatoes, spring onion, coriander leaves, salt. Allow this to cool down. Divide this into equal portions.
- 3. Stuff the cheese at the center of the potato balls, and reform the ball. In a small bowl take the cornflour and add some water to make a paste.
- 4. heat sufficient oil in pan.
- 5. Take the breadcrumbs in a flat plate.Dip the potato balls in the cornflour batter and roll them one by one in the breadcrumbs to form a coating over each ball.
- 6. When oil is hot, put the balls and fry till golden brown.Take out the crispy balls on a kitchen towel to drain out excess oil. Serve it hot.
DESSERT CHEESE BALL
I got this recipe from a friend of mine after eating it at a Christmas party. I usually cut back on the chips I stir into the ball and roll the ball in chips instead of nuts. Just personal preference. I also buy regular and chocolate graham crackers and arrange them around the ball for a nice presentation. Enjoy!
