SKINNY MEATLOAF
This is a traditional meatloaf recipe without all of the fat and calories. Delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf pan lightly with cooking spray.
- Combine beef, egg whites, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Press into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. Spread remaining ketchup over the top and continue baking until ketchup bubbles and thickens, about 15 minutes more.

This is a very easy and no fail recipe for meatloaf. It won't take long to make at all, and it's quite good!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

THE MOST EASY AND DELISH MEATLOAF EVER!
This meatloaf only calls for a few easy ingredients, no chopping whatsoever! If you wish to add ketchup on top, remove the meatloaf at 50 minutes, add ketchup, then return to oven for the remaining 10 minutes.

- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Beat the egg in a mixing bowl, then add the ground beef, tomatoes, and crushed crackers. Season with onion flakes, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined. Pack into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

DEVILED MEATLOAF
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Salt, ground black pepper, eggs, chopped onion and 1/2 of the of tomato sauce. Mix together well until all ingredients are combined. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly. This looks unattractive but it must be mixed thoroughly. Meanwhile, in the pan where the meatloaf will be baked, combine the remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, white sugar and mustard. Combine thoroughly.

- Boil salted water at a rolling boil. Place eggs in water, return to boil, and cook for 20 minutes. Cool with ice and cool water for 15 minutes. Peel eggs.

- Gently pop out the yolks, using a spoon if necessary. Place the yolks in a medium-size mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with the back of a fork until no large clumps remain.
- Transfer the yolk mixture to a plastic food storage bag. Squeeze out the air and seal the bag. Gently squeeze and roll the bag around in your fingers until the yolk mixture inside the bag is completely smooth. Work the yolk mixture down to one corner of the bag. Use scissors to cut that corner off of the bag.
