Ingredients: skim milk,cornstarch,equal sugar substitute,eggs,vanilla,ground cinnamon,ground nutmeg


  1. mix 2 cups milk , cornstarch , and equal in a small saucepan
  2. heat to boiling
  3. boil for 1 minute , stirring constantly
  4. mix about half of the milk mixture into eggs
  5. return egg mixture to remaining milk in saucepan
  6. cook over low heat until slightly thickened , stirring constantly
  7. remove from heat
  8. stir in vanilla and cinnamon
  9. cool to room temperature
  10. refrigerate until chilled
  11. stir 2 cups chilled milk into custard mixture
  12. serve in small glasses
  13. sprinkle with nutmeg
  14. cook time does not include chill time
  15. makes 8 4oz
