- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Press dough in a 9"X 9" baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack. When cool, slice into squares or bars and serve. ENJOY!
- Add the applesauce & date sugar if you'd like a sweeter, moister version of these bars.
- I usually double this recipe since everyone loves these bars and they disappear so quickly!

Banana oatmeal energy bars are made with just 5-ingredients and are a delicious breakfast when you need something quick and easy!

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F and grease a quarter sheet pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
- Place bananas in a large bowl and mash with the back of a fork until they are broken down.
- Add oats, peanut butter, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Stir everything together until all of the ingredients are well combined and you have a nice thick batter.
- Transfer the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and pat done until it's pushed into the corners, along the sides and even on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are fragrant, lightly browned on top and set through.
- Cool completely. Slice into 16 bars by making one vertical slice and seven horizontal. Enjoy!

- Cream the butter & sugar together then add the egg.
- Stir in the oats, bananas, salt, & cinnamon.
- Mix in the nuts & raisins (if using).
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9x13 pan then bake for 30-35 minutes on 350 degrees.
- Cool in the pan then cut into bars.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving 1 inch of parchment hanging over the sides.
- Mix oats, figs, almonds, and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds together in a bowl.
- Stir bananas, peanut butter, and honey together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until completely melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat.
