  1. preheat oven to 350f
  2. lightly grease or spray a 13x9-inch baking dish
  3. place flounder baking dish
  4. combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl
  5. spread evenly over fish fillets
  6. bake at 350f for 15-20 minutes , or until fish is opaque and flakes easily
