  1. chicken breast fillets
  2. cooking spray
  3. yogurt
  4. dijon mustard
  5. rye meal mountain bread wraps
  6. baby spinach
  7. tomatoes
  8. carrot

Steps:

  1. sray chicken with cooking oil
  2. cook chicken in heated small frying pan
  3. cool
  4. shred coarsley
  5. combine chicken in medium bowl with yogurt and mustard
  6. divide chicken mixture between wraps
  7. top with remaining ingredients
  8. roll to enclose filling
